Apparatus made from steel with homogeneous lead coating has been used globally for decades. Non-ferrous metal smelting and the chemical industry are two applications in particular, which make use of the high corrosion resistance and the excellent processing properties of lead.

We provide a special consultancy for our customers in the application of heat exchangers and filter housings. At our manufacturing site we produce large apparatus of up to 5 Metres in diameter and with a unit weight of up to 40 tonnes.

Electrofilters

In the area of electrofilters, you can take advantage of our competence for every stage of the production process. From the internal fittings (guide frame, collecting electrodes etc.) to complete production of the filter. We can offer you a one-stop-shop service.

We also have a highly skilled installation facility. Our experienced lead burners carry out repairs and assembly on site.

We have full authorisation to work with systems with substances hazardous to waters in accordance with § 19 of the Federal Water Act (WHG).
