Quality

Quality is when the customers come back and not the goods - for us, the quality of our products and work has highest priority. For us it is of great importance that our quality management system not only covers all quality demands from the customer's side, but that they are implemented.

Employees

Motivation, trust and continual improvement form the basis of our company's success. Our company evolution thus depends to a great extent on our employees' development in their respective jobs, and we further this by specific measures for training and further education.

Productivity

One of our principal tasks is to achieve continual increases in productivity in all product areas. By permanent improvement of work procedures and workplace design, in combination with new and replacement investment in machines and plant, and by examining manufacturing processes, we increase motivation in the company and thus improve our competitiveness.
