New for dry construction: X-READY, the self-adhesive lead wallpaper for noise insulation and radiation protection in dry construction. Simple to use, flexible in application, the X-Ready product program offers efficient solution for specialised construction in building projects needing protection against noise and radiation. Because X-Ready is pure lead, with self-adhesion and pastes to new as well as old surfaces, on bulges and curves. Perfect for large surfaces and ideal for complex conditions in rooms. X-READY is an innovation of Röhr + Stolberg, the leading lead semi-finished manufacturer in Europe.

Product program

X-READY is available in 4 different material thickness and 2 different surfaces: NATURAL T 120 with natural lead surface from Pb 99,94 Cu and VENUS T 120 with special finished surface for highest hygienic demands. Self-adhesive connection strips as well as hollow wall switch boxes are obtained as supplies.

X-READY is available with a special assortment for the industrial area.

  Temperature resistance: from - 30 °C to 160 °C
  Processing temperature: 10 - 25 °C; adhesive strength remains stable from -40 to 100 °C; also temporarily up to 200 °C
  Minimum durability: approx. 12 months at a room temperature of 15 - 25 °C and a humidity of max. 50 % in original package

  Base material: Pb 99,94 Cu acc. to DIN EN 17640
• Finishing
  (only with X-READY VENUS T120)

Laying

		As simple as wallpapering:
		draw,
		cut,
		remove ...
		... protective foil,
		and place,
		roll tightly, finished!
		Self-adhesive lead strips are available for circuit points.
		Flexible application: self-lamination of 620 mm plates are also no problem with X-READY.
